The rack has five row, each row has four individual arms situated at a 90° angle from the upright. Each row rotates a full 360° each, independently from each other. A weighted square base measures 14″ x 14″ keeps the rack from tipping. The overall diameter is approximately 20 in.
Each arm measures approximately 9-3/4 in. long and has a 2-1/2 in. diameter ring for the hat to sit flat. Two arms on each level measure 2-3/4 in. high while the other two measure 5-3/8 in. high.
