No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Rollingracks.ca . All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back at customers expense and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. The same applies to all cancellations.  In the case of returns; a Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the return label. RETURNS are based on the discretion of the store.
